We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. If we’re unable to ship to your country, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import restrictions in their country. Gigilux Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Return Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must meet the following criteria:

Items marked as “Final Sale”
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made items (if applicable)

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Note: Return shipping must use a trackable service. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of error or damaged goods.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your eligible item and place a new order separately.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Please include:
